M. Andrew Brison, over the past fourteen years, has focused primarily on defense litigation, including significant claims of personal injury including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, psychological disorders, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome and herniated spinal discs. He has also defended liability claims involving civil rights, public entities and government agencies;  toxic tort; premise liability; property damage; manufactured home set-up; automobile accidents; and work place injuries. Mr. Brison also serves as the Municipal Judge for the City of Milton, West Virginia, a position he has held for over a decade.  Prior to the establishment of  Francis, Nelson & Brison,  Mr. Brison was engaged as  lead trial counsel in a captive law firm for a Fortune 200 insurance company.
