Kimberly B. Weber, upon graduating from the West Virginia College of Law in 1995, practiced general insurance defense litigation in the areas of public sector defense (including Section 1983 claims), personal injury and employment law, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment and ADA claims. From 1999 through 2005, Ms. Weber served as the City Attorney for the City of Charleston, West Virginia, where she advised City leaders on a wide range of issues involving contracts, employee matters, law enforcement practices and business policies. She also represented the City before administrative bodies, including the State human rights commission, the unemployment bureau and the City's internal employment commissions. From 2005 through 2007, Ms. Weber was a member of Moore & Weber, PLLC, which in October 2007 was integrated into Francis Nelson & Brison.
